We are looking for a skilled and versatile IT Support & Cybersecurity Engineer capable of managing client infrastructures, ensuring system stability, and implementing practical security solutions.

This position combines technical support, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity implementation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced IT support to business clients (remote and on-site)

  • Diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents (Windows/Linux environments)

  • Deploy and manage VPN solutions

  • Configure and maintain firewalls and network security devices

  • Perform system hardening and security best practices implementation

  • Monitor infrastructure availability and performance

  • Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis

  • Assist in security audits and vulnerability assessments

  • Maintain clear technical documentation

  • Support secure deployment of services and applications

  • Escalate complex issues when required

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements

2+ years of experience in:

Experience in SME environments is a strong advantage.
